For the fourth straight year, the Wilmington University Wildcat
cheerleaders were named 2015 UCA Small Coed Division II National

Championships at ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando, FL. The team
competed January 17-18 after a pep rally send-off at the University's

perfectly, which advanced them automatically to the championship round.
The team then defeated Colorado Mesa University to earn the UCA Division
II National Championship trophy.
Over the weekend, first year
team members Ryan Hertz and Kristen Basquill competed in the Coed
Partner Stunt Finals.
The dynamic duo took fifth place among 13 other
dual team entries at the national level. Wildcats Hertz and Basquill
finished behind duos from Sam Houston State University, Morehead State
University, The University of Memphis and The University of Georgia.
