What is Cooperative Education?

Wilmington University’s CAP (Community & Academic Partnerships)/Co-op program is an academic program that allows students to connect academic knowledge with the business and professional world. The CAP/Co-op program expands learning experiences through paid employment in a supervised, educational work setting related to the student’s major field of study or career focus.
