Description: The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully about an uncomfortable feeling, negative experience, or controversial/different perspective is a crucial skill. Environments where students feel safe, seen, heard, understood, and respected foster transformative learning experiences for student success in the classroom and beyond. In this facilitated panel discussion, tips for engaging students in courageous conversations are explored.
