CUL 303: The Craft of Beer
CUL 303: The Craft of Beer is offered at Wilmington University in the College of Arts and Sciences. This course has been taught by Dogfish Head Off-Centered Experience Ambassador Matt Barth with great success, but was only available to face-to-face students. Unsurprisingly, those sections filled up quickly!
In 2017 Matt partnered with the College of Online and Experiential Learning to create a fully online version of the course filled with dynamic, immersive content.
