Presented by Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings and Chief Special Investigator Craig Weldon Session Description: The Senior Protection Initiative run by the Delaware Attorney General’s Office consists of a three part approach: Public Education,vLaw Enforcement Education, and a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) comprised of prosecutors, police, and social services representatives to promote awareness regarding elder abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation. In this presentation, Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings and Chief Special Investigator Craig Weldon of the Investor Protection Unit will share information on recent trends in Senior Exploitation with a specific focus on Financial Fraud.
